Assistant State Attorney Tracy Smith said Rivera will have to serve every day of his sentence, and is not eligible for gain-time, under the 10-20-Life law.

FWC Offers Free Hunter Safety Internet-Completion Course in Gulf County

The course will be at the Gulf County Correctional Facility training classroom, 500 Ike Steele Road in Wewahitchka. Instruction will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. March 26 and 8 a.m. to noon March 27.
