Walton County, Fla:
Late Thursday night, two additional arrests were made in a bank robbery case from earlier this month in South Walton County. Twenty-two-year-old Brian Reeves of Baker, Florida, and his 18-year-old girlfriend, Kendra Hill of Crestview, are each charged as principles to robbery that occurred at the Coastal Bank Branch on Miramar Beach on October ninth.
Several days after the incident, 49-year-old Wayne Alderman was arrested at a residence in Northern Okaloosa County. Alderman was the suspect who walked into the bank and told the teller that “I’m robbing you; give me all of your money”. The teller says Alderman had one of his hands in his pants’ pocket like he had a weapon, but she said she never saw the weapon.
Reeves was the getaway driver of the 1999, red Dodge Dakota that was parked behind the Coastal Bank Branch in a shopping mall complex. Walton County Sheriff’s Office investigators determined that Alderman, Reeves, and Hill planned the robbery.
Reeves and Hill were arrested in Okaloosa County before being transferred to the Walton County Jail.
