It’s Disney or bust for a group of nine year old boys. They’re raising money to make sure they get a shot at the trip.
The Bay County Bombers were one of only thirty-two teams chosen to compete in a baseball tournament at Disney World in August. Coaches told the team that if they want to go they have to raise the money, so the boys got to work today at Pier Park. The Bombers need to raise at least 10,000 to cover expenses for the week-long tournament.
The general manager of the team, Brian Maynard, says that the boys and coaches give up a part of summer to play a game they all love.
