Bay County Sheriff’s Office Searching for Missing Man

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an elderly man missing since December 18, 2009. Morris Schiffman, 79 years of age, was last seen on December 18, 2009, at about 6 pm at the Regions Bank at 202 14th Street, Panama City Beach.

Family members state that Schiffman suffers from dementia and they are very concerned for his welfare. Schiffman was last seen driving a 1990’s model white Ford 150.

Anyone with information on Morris Schiffman is asked to call Inv. Jason Daffin at the Bay County Sheriff’s Office at 747-4700, extension 2115.
