Panama City, Fla:
The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Ricardo Marshall, 32 years of age. Marshall is being charged with Driving While License is Suspended or Revoked, Fleeing and Eluding, Reckless Driving, Trespassing on School Property and Trespassing on Railroad Property.
During the course of an investigation a male ran on foot from officers in the area of 9th Street and Cone Ave. While attempting to locate that suspect, a Silver Toyota Matrix was observed running a Stop sign at 10th Street and McKenzie Avenue. When an officer turned on his emergency lights, the Toyota fled striking an older model white Cadillac at 12th Street and McKenzie Avenue. The Toyota then struck and came to a stop hitting the awning at Bay High School. Marshall then exited the Toyota and fled on foot.
Marshall was located near 14th Street and Jenks Avenue. No one was injured in the incident. It is believed that no children were at the school at the time of the incident as it was Bay High Homecoming. The first male that ran has been identified and charges will be pending against him. Further charges are also pending against Marshall.
