An investigative journalist and CEO of a national computer company announces his candidacy for Clerk of the Bay County Court.
John Caylor will serve as the Democratic Candidate this November. He is a member of the National Press Club in Washington DC and the Investigative Reporters and Editors of America. Caylor is better recognized locally as CEO and editor of Emerald Coast Insider and Insider-Magazine.com. If elected, this would be his first time serving in public office.
“When government ceases to mirror the hopes and dreams of our citizens it is no longer a government by the people and for the people. Its leadership must be replaced by those of us who will restore accountability, vision hope and government back to its rightful owners, the people,” Caylor said. Caylor faces Republican candidate Bill Kinsaul for the Bay County Clerk of Court. That race will be decided during the General Election, November 4th.

Yes the Ovation web is a great tool, its a good practice in my opinion to check people out that you might hire or VOTE FOR! Search the candidate for “real” Local criminal records......
Hey, I’ve seen the insider magazine and I was absolutely impressed about how candid it was regarding “real” local issues.
I just ask that he not take away the best source of information in town. http://www.baycoclerk.com (case search) or search: bay county florida ovation web
This is a valuable source of information that is free to the public. Don’t hire anyone without running a search.
I wish someone had told me about that site before I unknowlingly hired an “ex-con” working as a Panama City licensed contractor. His past offenses of GRAND THEFT, BURGLARY AND VIOLENCE are continued to be used as the “dirty tricks of his trade”
Before hiring a contractor down load a FREE HOMEOWNER PROTECTION GUIDE: http://www.cleanupdirtycontractors.blogspot.com or e-mail the editor of CLEAN UP DIRTY CONTRACTORS at
He’s got my vote and I hardly ever vote Democrat!
FANTASTIC! Lets take back our local government and put it back into the hands of the citizens!
