Bay County court employees find themselves with some extra time off.

According to Clerk of Court Bill Kinsaul, about 100 employees in the Clerk’s Office will begin taking furlough days immediately.  The employees will take one day per pay period, which means two days a month.

Kinsaul says the move will save about $14,000 per month for the office, and will continue indefinitely.
