Bay County, Fla:
Victims of crime are being remembered in a special way as part of Crime Victim’s Awareness Week. The State Attorney’s Office and the Bay County Sheriff’s Office hosted the 4th annual Missing Place at the Table Event.
Over 30 victims were represented today. Place settings were dedicated to people who lost their lives in the 14th Judicial Circuit because of crime. Family members gathered as Sheriff Frank McKeithen and Assistant State Attorney Pat Faucheux unveiled the place settings at the Panama City Mall. The memorial will be in place for one week.
