Washington County, Fla:
On Tuesday, October 7, Washington County Sheriff’s Office K-9 deputies and investigators, as part of an ongoing investigation, served a search warrant on 2999 Lucas Lake Road in the Greenhead area of Washington County.
Search of the property revealed marijuana packaged for sell and marijuana drying in the attic of the home for a total of approximately 4lbs. Elton Harvey Sapp, 45 year old white male, and Elton Lee Sapp, 22 year old while male into custody. Father and son were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
“I have to give credit to both narcotics investigators and a well-trained canine team for this find” states Sheriff Haddock. “Because of the intense training our
K-9’s complete, they are an invaluable asset to our officers.”

They were breaking the law in the wrong county. Is it possible that other counties in Florida actually enforce the law?
In Bay County if you are part of the good ole’boy network then you can get away with anything.
I don’t have those connections so I guess I will just have to continue following the law to keep me out of trouble.

I know that Washington County strictly enforces their laws. My friends out there get busted for going 5 miles over the speed limit, lol.
Bay County is pretty lax on their laws - especilally for speeding and running red lights. I also knew of some cops here that are pot heads xD
