Bay County, Fla:
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division solved five burglary cases with the arrest of five juveniles yesterday. All of the offenses took place in the Fountain area within the last four months.
In one case, several of the juveniles stated they burglarized a shed repeatedly, stealing gasoline stored in the shed. Charged in that case were Devan Allen McDonald, DOB 6/26/94, of 18034 Gowan Road, Fountain, Clifford Raymond Johnson, DOB 4/24/94, of 11038 Silverlake Road, Fountain, Scott Alan Holder, Jr., DOB 4/30/96, of 10233 Cowels Road, Fountain, and Robert Dillon-Dakota Nichols, DOB 1/15/93, of 11038 Silverlake Road, Fountain.
In another case, Devan Alan McDonald was charged in the theft of a .22 caliber handgun. The firearm has not yet been recovered.
A tiller kept next to a home in Fountain was stolen and has been recovered in pieces. Scott Alan Holder, Jr. and Robert Dakota-Dillon Nichols has been charged in that case. The juveniles stated during questioning they took the tiller apart because they wanted the motor.
A tractor kept beside the road on Highway 231 in the Fountain area was taken and has not yet been recovered. Charged in that case were Clifford Raymond Johnson, Robert Dillon-Dakota Nichols, and Oscar Gonzales, DOB 11/22/92, of 21411 Vacation Road, Fountain.
Scott Alan Holder, Jr was charged in a fifth case in the theft of a four wheeler kept next to a home in Fountain. The four wheeler has been recovered.
The investigations continue and additional charges and arrests are expected.
