Panama City

The City of Panama City and the Downtown Improvement Board proudly invite you to come be a part of this very patriotic celebration. Bring the kids, grandkids and lawn chairs and enjoy one of the largest Fireworks Display in the panhandle of Florida at the Downtown Panama City Marina.

The festival kicks off the celebration on July 4th at 2:00p.m featuring

• Non-stop live music

• Tons of Children’s Activities

• Finger-licking good food

• Hundreds of retail and craft booths

• Adult beverages

• And much, much, more!

The event is FREE and open to the public and there is plenty of parking in and around the downtown.

Schedule: Sunday, July 4th

2 p.m.—Festival opens
Enjoy a day of nonstop music, retail booths, food booths, games, children’s area and so much more.

• 2 p.m.-3:30 p.m. Jam Therapy

• 4 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Ground Zero

• 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Todd Sparks and the Shrimpboat Cowboys

2 p.m.-4 p.m.—Home Depot Children’s area. Kids can learn from the experts as they build their very own crafts.

5 p.m.—F-15 Fly-over, National Anthem, Pledge of Allegiance

9 p.m.—FIREWORKS Extravaganza!

10 p.m.—Festival Closes

Saturday, July 3

7:00 A.M.—Pancake Breakfast-Lynn Haven Lions Club-708 Iowa Ave

8:00 A.M.—Flag raising ceremony at Lynn Haven City Hall - 825 Ohio Ave.
National Anthem: Harmony Shores Choir

Tyndall Honor Guard Presentation of Colors

8:15 A.M.—Youth Bike parade sign up (12 & under) Regions Bank parking lot at 630 Ohio Ave. Organized by Lynn Haven Boy Scout Troop 300- All entered will fall into the main parade.
9:00 A.M.—Parade (S. on Ohio Ave., 5th to 11th Streets)

Panama City Beach: Pier Park

Pier Park invites you to its third annual Star-Spangled Spectacular on Sunday, July 4! This free celebration of summer fun and our nation’s independence will offer free music, activities and show-stopping fireworks.

Star-Spangled Spectacular will kick off with a welcome by Mayor Oberst, followed by a patriotic color guard presentation, the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance, the singing of the National Anthem and an exciting F-15 flyover.

Families will be able to enjoy an evening of live entertainment, as well as the popular Hottest Heroes contest. Guests of all ages can participate in arts and crafts, games and activities.

Rising star Kevin Hammond will perform our headlining concert at 8 p.m., followed by a dazzling display of fireworks. Families are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy the show.

Panama City Beach: Grand Lagoon

Panama City Beach, Florida— July 4th, come together with your friends, family and neighbors for a unique gathering on Historic Grand Lagoon celebrating our community and our country!

The Historic Grand Lagoon Independence Day Celebration is the result of a partnership between Lagoon oriented business owners and the Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau in an effort to provide family fun attractions throughout the beach for visitors and locals alike.

At Boatyard the Steve Wiggins Band will perform live from 7 to 11 PM, with a break for a fireworks display that will light up the night sky and dazzle the masses. The fireworks show will begin at 9PM in the center of the Lagoon featuring patriotic music, with a wide variety of fireworks perfectly matched and timed to the music, making this event an exciting pyromusical production! Through the support of the community and the pyrotechnic mastery of Pyro Shows Inc., this year’s celebration is sure to firmly establish Historic Grand Lagoon as one of the premiere fireworks displays in the panhandle.

had to work but was ok got off at 7pm gonna make the 9:00 pier park fireworks kids were happy well one prob news 13 listed 9:05 pier park fireworks pierpark shot them off at 8 something thanks pcb mayor and news 13 for making my kids sad please get the facts straight thank you
