Gov. Charlie Crist wants state agencies to speed up construction projects in hopes it will give the state’s lagging economy a boost.

Crist called agency heads together Wednesday before announcing his “Accelerate Florida” plan to pump more money into the economy. He said pushing up projects like highway and new school construction will create jobs immediately.

The governor said there are $28.6 billion worth of construction projects approved over the last 10 years that have not started, and he wants agencies to see which ones can be pushed forward immediately.

Here we go again, “Sugar pants” Crist thinks he can save the world. How can you “Make” construction take off? It’s just like when he tried to “Make” the Insurance companies provide hurricane coverage AND lower their rates. Denied! Charlie needs to shut his pole warmer .He lied about being queer, ,and he lied about about the payoff to crackhead Gina Anderson/Mother of the Year. Our Governor is just another smack talking poltico, hellbent on trying appease everyone. Here’s the deal Chuck, Florida’s economy is going down the tubes because you morons think tourism is the only way to make the State profitable. Wrong!  It takes infrastrucure, and real jobs that don’t depend on the weather. Just keep going to the tanning bed, and tucking your boy Bruce Jordan in at night at the Capitol, and we will continue moving OUT of Florida!
