Holmes County, Fla:
Over the past several months the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office along with other state and federal agencies have been working together to fight the war on drugs in Holmes County. On 1/4/10 several drug related arrests were made concerning individuals using and distributing illegal narcotics throughout Holmes County. They are as follows:
Kathryn Turner Mancill, W/F, 56 YOA, from Bonifay, arrested for sale of controlled substance (marijuana)
Zackual Wayne Clemmons, W/M, 31 YOA, from Westville, arrested for sale of controlled substance (marijuana)
William Anthony Snipes, W/M, 34 YOA, from Bonifay, arrested for cultivation of marijuana
Brenda Lee Still, W/F, W/F, 47 YOA, from Bonifay, arrested for sale of controlled substance (Percocet)
Matthew David Artley, W/M, 29 YOA, from Bonifay, arrested for possession of marijuana -20 grams
Larry Lamar Culbreth, W/M, 43 YOA, from Graceville, arrested for possession of methamphetamine (2 counts)
