Bay County, Fla:
An undercover narcotics investigator with the Special Investigations Division of the Bay County Sheriff’s Office was no doubt in the right place at the right time this afternoon as he walked through the parking lot of a local drugstore.
As the investigator neared the door of the drugstore, a woman approached him asking for money. She stated she needed money to get her prescription filled. The investigator asked her what medication she needed and she answered Hydrocodone. She then offered to share some Hydrocodone pills with him if he would give her the money, something she told him she did regularly with others. The Investigator gave her the money.
When the woman returned with the promised pills, she was promptly arrested. Mary Penelope Kelly, DOB 10/13/62, of 7709 Kelly Hill Road, Southport, was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone).
