The Walton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Steven Hartzog at his home located at 636 Coon Bottom Road, Ponce de Leon, Florida on 8-22-2008 for Cultivation of Marijuana. Ninety-one (91) marijuana plants were seized. The Walton County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit discovered the marijuana plants while flying marijuana eradication.
Hartzog is currently in the Walton County Jail pending first appearance before a Judge. This case is an open case pending trial proceedings.
