Bay County, Fla:
A Bay County grand jury returns an indictment against a Lynn Haven man.
Dennis Peewee Creamer, 25, now faces charges of First Degree Felony Murder and Aggravated Child Abuse in the December 7th death of Haley Cain, 2.
The Lynn Haven Police Department says Creamer admitted to kicking the girl in the stomach, beating her head against the wall and forcing her to the ground several times. Afterwards Creamer put Haley to bed and tried to cover up the incident by cleaning up blood stains on the walls.
Her mother was sleeping at the home on Carla Lane during the incident. Haley was found dead in the floor of her bedroom by her mother the next morning.
The Medical Examiner’s report show that Haley’s liver was almost split in half, her spleen was ruptured, she had broken ribs, her face was smashed in and her teeth were coming out through her gums.
Arraignment for Creamer is set for January 15th in front of Judge Richard Albritton.
Well…Where do I start but to say that here is another baby killer who will have to explain to other prisoners what got him in the big house and if he’s actually able to get his answer out without fabricating some lie but I assure you that the great people @ WMBB and the Panama City News Herald don’t…As for the mother she should be held accountable in this case to because an innocent child has died because of her negligence but I assure you that God don’t like ugly and you are both really. May you both spend the rest of your lives in the Florida Department of Corrections
I still want to know when charges are going to be filed against her mother. How could you possibly sleep while you child is being slammed against a wall, not to far from where your “sleeping”. It just breaks my heart, she was an adorable little girl.
I am shocked that the mother could sleep through what must have been a brutal beating for her daughter. I hope that Mr Creamer gets the maximum setence the law will allow! That poor little angel baby girl!!!
Both Mommy and Boyfriend should be whipped to death! Now that is justice!
“The ‘Mother’ was sleeping” during the incident….. They have to be kidding, since when is a 2 y/o so quiet when they are even tapped .... Give me a Break here !!!!!!!!!

To try to stop crimes such as this I think we should go to public execution by hanging.Might get a lot of persons to stop and think before doing such horrible crimes against children.Put up a hanging noose and hang him on the downtown marina for all to see and witness!
