Bay County, Fla:
James McCalister says consistency is why voters should choose him in the general election. McCalister is asking voters to re-elect him after eight years in office.
He has been superintendent since the district had to cut the budget by millions of dollars. He says he his happy with the cuts, even though some of his ideas were changed by the board. As for future cuts in 2009, McCalister says he is starting to look at possibilities for more cuts, so that the school system will be ready with several different scenerios.
On the issue of closed campuses for high schools at lunchtime, James McCalister says he believes the policy is working. Students can leave campus with their parents permission.
McCalister is the first bay District School Superintendent to serve a second term. As he seeks a third term, he says people should choose him because of consistency. He says residents will get results if they re-elect him.

Yep, McCalister has been consistent alright, consistently wrong, fat and lazy! He has ran the Bay County Schools into the ground, yet he keeps acting like he’s a saint. Give us a break, we are tired of these ignorant under-achievers ruining our county. Stop the madness! Promising “results” is the height of arrogance, and this jerk should be in jail for the gross mismanagement of taxpayer’s $$$. Bay Countians need to stand up to all these ineffective, lying Politicos. Lets really “Trim the fat”, vote Fat Mac out now!
