The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Sherry Lynn Tate, 33 years of age and Casey L. Henderson, 33 years of age. Both are being charged with Petit Theft and Unlawful Use of Police Badges. Sometime in October Tate stole two Panama City Police Department S.W.A.T. shirts from her place of employment. She is employed at the Domestic Dry Cleaner located at 417 Grace Avenue. Tate then gave the shirts to Henderson. On October 30, 2009 Henderson was wearing one of the shirts in Wal-Mart when a Lieutenant of the Panama City Police Department observed him. Henderson and Tate were arrested and booked in the Bay County Jail on the above-mentioned charges.
