Nowadays you don’t usually see women dressed in pre Civil War attire, but over 80 girls came dolled up today for the Panama City Garden Azalea Trail.
The competition happens every year, and one lucky girl gets to take home the crown.
This year’s queen is Mosley High Schools Caroline Bell.
She will get the chance to participate in community events and attend garden club meetings.
