Panama City, Fla:
The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Jarvis W. Kilpatrick, 18 years of age, Lidale Rashard Santre Kellum, 19 years of age, Dijivis Temes Paul, 16 years of age and Tony Lavon Hamilton, 17 years of age. All four subjects are being charged with three (3) counts of Armed Robbery with a Firearm.
On November 2, 2009 the four subjects allegedly began a crime spree that started at approximately 6:30 P.M. The subjects began the crime spree at Drummond Avenue and West 22nd Street when they committed the first of three armed robberies.
During that armed robbery they struck a female victim several times when she did not produce the money they demanded.
A short time later they committed a second armed robbery and by force and violence took a small amount of money from a second female victim.
The third armed robbery occurred in the area of West 17th Street and Mound Avenue when the subjects approached a male and demanded his money and property. The male victim was physically struck and kicked during this robbery. However, after being knocked to the ground he began to resist and when he began to win the physical confrontation the subjects fled the area with the victim’s property. Patrol Officers with the Panama City Police Department were in the area looking for the suspects from the first two armed robberies when they located the subjects after they committed the third armed robbery. The subjects were detained. Detectives with the Panama City Police Department were notified, all three cases were investigated and the abovementioned charges were filed. A .45 caliber handgun and a B.B. gun were seized as evidence in this case.
