According to Petty Officer Jeremy Suber of the Coast Guard Station Panama City, 44-year-old Tim Miller and another man were aboard a boat near Bird Island when it capsized around 3 a.m.

Closings:
St. Anne Catholic Church in Marianna closed Saturday night and Sunday morning. Mass at 5:00 p.m. Sunday will proceed unless otherwise notified.
Temple B’nai Israel Sunday School is canceled. Rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on September 7.
Trane is closed for 2nd shift Friday.
Gulf Coast Community College Gulf/Franklin Center in Port St. Joe closed Friday.
Tyndall Air Force Base non-emergency facilities closing at 2:00 p.m. Friday.
Bay Town Trolley Pier Park route will not run after 5:00 p.m. Friday.
Gulf County Health Department closing at 5:00 p.m. Friday and will be closed on Saturday.
All Tyndall Federal Credit Union branches will be closed Saturday.
The Panama City Rescue Mission will not be picking-up recyclables Saturday.
Franklin County landfill closed Saturday.
All Bay, Gulf and Liberty County libraries within the Northwest Florida Regional Library System will close Saturday and Sunday.
Walton County libraries will be closed on Saturday.
The gulf waters in Walton County will be closed as of 6:00 p.m. Friday. There will be no lifeguards on Walton County beaches Saturday.
The Walton County TDC will be closed Saturday.
Rescheduled:
Grand Lagoon National rescheduled for Labor Day weekend.
Kingfish Tournament in Mexico Beach rescheduled for Saturday, September 13th.
