Bay County, Fla:
Bay County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division conducted a traffic stop on December 4, 2008, at about 3:20pm on a silver 2008 Dodge Charger. During the traffic stop, a certified narcotics K-9 was deployed on the vehicle and alerted to the presence of illegal narcotics inside the vehicle. A search was conducted on the vehicle which revealed about 1 and ½ pounds of marijuana with a street value of about $1,500.
Narcotics officers arrested Marvelle Lanell Caster, DOB 3/31/1976, of Mount Vernon, Alabama, on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana With Intent to Distribute. Caster is also known as Hood Scholar or Bossman and a member of the rap group Verbal Assassinz on record label Triple Threat.
Caster was booked into the Bay County Jail.
