Red Cross Disaster Action Team Responds To Second Weekend Fire

Disaster action team members from the Central Panhandle Chapter of the American Red Cross responded to a house fire at 1015 S. Comet Ave. in Callaway.  The home occupied by a family of five is a total loss.  There were no injuries.  The Red Cross is assisting the family with temporary lodging, clothes and food.

The Central Panhandle Chapter of the American Red Cross is not a government agency.  Immediate assistance for local disaster victims is made possible by local donations.  If you would like to make a donation to help local disaster victims please call the local Red Cross at 763-6587 or go to www.redcrosscpc.org
