Applications for Christmas food and toy assistance through the Salvation Army will be held for residents of Bay County beginning this week.

You can apply for food and toy assistance at the Salvation Army Administrative Office on West 15th Street in Panama City on these dates:

Monday November 16th 9:00am-3:00pm
Monday November 23rd 9:00am-3:00pm
Monday November 30th 9:00am-3:00pm

To apply you must bring several items:
• Identification for you and EVERYONE in your household
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License
• Picture I.D. for applicant
• Guardians must prove custody of any children, grandchildren and or any minors living with you

Proof of your expenses:
• Rent receipt or mortgage payment
• Light Bill
• Gas Bill
• Telephone/Cell Phone Bill
• Cable Bill
• Car Payment
• Any other expenses you have

Proof of your income:
• Recent Pay Stub
• Social Security Check/Letter
• Child Support
• Retirement Pension
• Any other income you have
