Bay County, Fla:
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigated and executed a search warrant at 112 Palm Crossing Blvd. on Panama City Beach on Thursday, September 4, 2008. Investigators found cocaine and numerous paraphernalia items in the residence to include spoons and components to cook crack cocaine.
Arrested were the home owners Marc Alexander Breeze, DOB 9/12/64, and Carolyn Casteel DOB 8/1/71. Breeze was charged with Attempted Manufacture of Crack Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of Probation Possession of Cocaine. Casteel was charged with Attempted Manufacture of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
