Springfield Water Service to be Interrupted Wednesday Morning

The City of Springfield Public Works Department will be relocating utilities at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24.  This work will take approximately three hours to complete.  All Springfield residents from 15th St. south to Cherry St. and from Everitt Ave. east to Bob Little Rd.(Hwy. 22A) will be affected.  A precautionary boil water notice may have to be issued.  Information will be provided as it becomes available. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  If you have any questions, please call 872-7570, ext. 101.

Are you kidding me?  What “genius” scheduled this for 7:30 in the morning when we the people need water the most?  Seriously, do we have absolute morons running Springfield?
