The St. Andrew Community Medical Center is celebrating four years of service.

The center held a thank you lunch for their volunteers on Sunday, a group of people they say are an integral part of the operation.

The center provides free medical and dental services to patients whose family’s gross income is 150% of the federal poverty level and have no insurance.  The clinic has seen more than 9,000 patients in 2008 and has provided more than $1 million worth of medical services this year.

The clinic is open Monday through Friday.  If you’re a medical professional and would like to volunteer your time at the clinic, or would like to help them with funding call 785-1419.
