Walton County, Fla:
The Walton and Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Offices working together led to the arrest of two men who broke into an unoccupied home on Gulf Bride Way in South Walton County. Over the weekend, Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 21-year-old Cameron Neil Flynn of Destin for dealing in stolen property.
Flynn told a Walton County Sheriff’s Deputy that he and an accomplice, 21-year-old Austin Godfrey Stucki of Fort Walton parked outside the Gulf Bridge Way home. Stucki broke out the front door window to gain access to the house. The pair stole five flat screen televisions and two DVD players. Stucki would later surrender himself at the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
The homeowner lives in Atlanta, Georgia, but intends to prosecute Flynn and Stucki for the burglary of his residence. The suspects reportedly looked up the residence on-line, or a virtual tour to determine that it was unoccupied. Both men are facing a charge of Dealing in Stolen Property in Okaloosa County.
In Walton County, Flynn and Stucki will face additional charges including Burglary to an unoccupied Dwelling, Grand Theft, and Criminal Mischief. Both men are at the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview under three-thousand-dollar bonds, but they are ordered held in order to face the Walton County charges.
