MELBOURNE, Fla. (AP) - A teenager who twice forwarded a cell phone image of his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend’s breasts will serve one year on probation.
Under a plea bargain agreement with prosecutors, 18-year-old Bryce Aaron Dixon pleaded no contest to one first degree misdemeanor count of cyberstalking.
Dixon was originally arrested in February on two counts each of child pornography, electronic transmission of harmful information to minors and providing obscene material to a minor as well as the stalking charge. Dixon had faced a possible 30 years in prison if convicted.
Dixon’s sentence requires him to apologize to the girl and attend anger management classes. He is not allowed to contact the victim or reference her in Web chats or text messages.

18 year old “man” vs. 16 year old girl….if for nothing else, isn’t that called “carnal knowledge of a minor”? And he gets to plea bargain that away? And if he had those pictures of her, what else was he guilty of that they let him get away with???? Our judicial system has gone absolutely stupid!!!
