Lynn Haven, Fla:
The Lynn Haven Police Department arrested twenty-eight year old Yancy Myers, twenty-seven year old Justin Hunter and thirty-year old Raymond Ledbetter.
Lynn Haven Police say more than one-hundred dollars worth of jewelry has been recovered.
The Bay County Sheriff’s office and the Panama City Police have an ongoing investigation that they believe is going to end in more arrests.
The Panama City Police Department released the following:
The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Raymond Lee Ledbetter, male, 30 years of age. Ledbetter was arrested for a string of residential burglaries throughout the county. Detectives with the Lynn Haven Police Department developed evidence regarding a residential burglary in their jurisdiction and an arrest warrant was issued. Detectives with the Lynn Haven Police Department tracked Ledbetter to a residence in Panama City and contacted Detectives with the Panama City Police Department who were working similar burglaries. Ledbetter was arrested through a joint cooperative effort that involved the Lynn Haven Police Department, the Panama City Police Department and the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
It is believed that the amount of recovered stolen property is valued at between 25 and 50 thousand dollars. Most of the property has been returned to its rightful owners and the investigation continues to locate other victims of the stolen property.
