Holmes County, Fla:
On Thursday, September 17th, the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at 2135 Hwy 179-A in Westville, FL.
During the search of the residence investigators located an indoor marijuana growing operation along with packaged marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Arrested and charged in the incident were Charles Ray Stephens and wife (Salenna Stephens). Both were charged with manufacture and cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charles Stephens was also charged with possession of firearm by convicted felon.
Sheriff Brown states that “when we put pressure on the growers outside, some move their operations indoors”.
