Two Indicted In Murder Case

The Bay County Grand Jury indicted two in connection with the November 13, 2008, shooting death of Vish Patel.
Nicholas T. Lee, WM, DOB: 8-23-1989, and Amy Beth Cucco, WF, DOB: 6-1-1984, both listing Altha addresses, were charged with First Degree Felony Murder and Attempted Robbery with a Firearm. Lee is also charged with Possession of Cannabis, more than 20 grams.
Arraignment is set for December 18; subject to change.
If convicted of murder, Lee and Cucco could face death or life in prison without possibility of parole.
