Bay County, Fla:
This week the Wheel of Justice lands on 23 year old Roy Xavier Walker. He is 5’10” and 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Bay County Sheriff’s Deputies say on September 12th, the CVS pharmacy on East Business highway 98 was robbed. Investigators determined that Roy Walker was the driver of the vehicle used in the crime. A witness told authorities she had given the vehicle to Walker shortly before the robbery and the vehicle was left in an alley way after the robbery.
While trying to arrest Walker for the crime, they say he fled the scene and managed to get away.
