Bay County, Fla:
The Wheel of Justice this week lands on 34 year old Rayshawn Smith. He is six feet tall and weighs about 185 pounds. His last known address is listed as an apartment on 19th St. in Panama City.
Sheriff’s Deputies say back in June, they stopped Smith for driving a stolen vehicle. When they attempted to stop him, he led them on a high speed chase in Callaway, then fled the car and ran into a Wal Mart store where he was arrested. Authorities say however that Smith failed to appear for his first arraignment court date and an arrest warrant on several charges, including drugs has been issued.
Rayshawn Smith is also wanted in Tennessee where he faces possession of cocaine charges.
