    The last in a series of cold air high pressure systems will settle across the Southeastern United States and deliver one more night of sub-freezing temperatures. This high will shift eastward and allow a warm-up to begin. By the end of the week a strong area of low pressure will develop in the Western Gulf of Mexico and bring rain and a possible thunderstorms to the Gulf Coast this weekend.
