On Saturday, January 30th, 2010, the Krewe of Massalina Mardi Gras Parade will be held on Harrison Avenue in downtown Panama City beginning at 3:00 pm. Due to the parade there will be special parking regulations and street closures of which the motoring public needs to be aware. The parade will begin at Tommy Oliver Stadium and travel west to Harrison Avenue. The parade will then travel south on Harrison Avenue to the Panama City Marina. Alternate routes traveling north and south will be via Grace & Jenks Avenues on the west and Magnolia Avenue on the east. Those traveling east and west across Harrison Avenue should expect temporary delays during the course of the parade. There will be no parking on Harrison Avenue after 12:00 pm. Any vehicles parked on Harrison Avenue after 12:00 P.M., will be towed at the owner’s expense. If your vehicle has been towed, you may contact to obtain towing information.
